I made three potato karo LC's a couple days ago and I knocked them up yesterday. Today when I took a peak at them and they looked cloudy, Is this normal?

Cloudiness is typically the most blatant indication of contamination. I would start over if I were you...

Pour them out..
a milky white cloudyness throughout the whole container = bacteria.. bacteria = bad throw it out.
Also pressure cook the LC's for 15 mins for optimal results
Honey is the best I have found so far as well.. VERY meaty LC's.

Definitely a contam. Mycelium won't colonize that much in one day. I'm pleasantly surprised with the turbinado sugar in the raw for an lc medium.

>>>>>>potato karo LC's<<<<<<<<
Never heard of >potato< karo LC.
Potato would make it cloudy, by itself.

Now there is some thing that looks like it is growing on the bottom of the container it is white and kind of looks like a web. Is this cobweb or is it Mycelium?

It is likely mycelium, however, you wanna throw it out.... Mycelium can still grow in some contamed LC's. It will just be a waste of time + jars. I would at least start a fresh LC from spore so you have something going since these LC's you have are likely kaput.
I would definitely start some new ones from spore just in case, so you have a head start, but if your hopeful then wait a few more days for the growth in the ones you have to continue then innoc up 1-2 jars as a "test" run to see if the cloudiness is really a contam or just potato spluge.
I just had to throw out 5 Taz LC's made from each other that grew mycelium and didn't even look contamed... all b/c i was too hopeful that they weren't contaminated even though my test jar said otherwise. But they were indeed. Weeks lost to contamed LC's is frustrating yea, but even moreso were the 18 jars of rye i wasted trying to maintain faith of uncontamination. Live and learn though...

And that is precisely why I like RR's liquid mycelium tek more and more....http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php?Cat=0&Board=2&Number=6344843&PHPSESSID=&fpart=1#Post6344843 Don't get me wrong I LOVE honey lc and have grown with it better than with anything else but with this you have a hell of a better chance in keeping clean as its so much easier to spot a bad jar than it is to spot a bad lc
