The way to decide if it is just BRF most likely is to just figure out if it was there immediately after you pressure cooked it or not.

If it was there immediately afterwards then it is most likely BRF.

If it showed up only recently and seems to be growing at all then it is most likely a contam. If it is gooey contam then it is most likely bacteria.
