inoculation of jars with filter disk

#673173 - 06/11/02 01:41 PM (24 years, 4 months ago)

Does anyone have a good way to inoculate jars autoclaved with filter disks on them without taking the lids off and introducing airborne contams? Thanks

Innoc through the filter disc and then put tape or a glob of rubber-type glue over the pinhole.
