sterile jars...Filter disks???

Ok, I am becoming a pain, but I need to know!!!
And most teks I have discovered gloss over this briefly
if at all:

Ok, lets say jars are now sterile, they are in the cooker,
what can I do to make sure they stay sterile? Is there anything? Do I need filter disks??? should I do anything special besides wait till they cool and then innoculate?
Or will they remain sterile all by thier lonesomes overnight
in the box they came in? And, LOL! Why leave them in the pressure cooker until the cool completely? Are contams that easy to come by???

This is what I do and has worked. Take jars out of cooker, tighten lids asap, innoculate TOMORROW.

There should be no reason to leave them in the pressure cooker while the cool. Just make sure the holes in your lid are covered with tape. Contams are somewhat easy to come by but your jars will be fine as long as the lid is on and the holes are covered.

By the way, what strain of cubes are in your syringe?
And what size jars are you using.
