best fighting games for xbox

I leave my xbox over at my buddies where I usually go to get high and hang out, we play mortal combat and soul calibur but im looking to add to the collection. Anyone know any good games? preferably fighting ones.

Get Farcry - its a shooting game but its one of the best games I've ever played.

You get to turn into a predator and rip people apart lol. The lush tropical graphics kick ass too.

Soul calibur is the best fighting game I've ever played.

I have Far Cry Instincts and Evolution, there both excellent games, I played a little bit of it on one of those hacked xbox live server type things.

King of fighters maximum impact
Street fighter anniversary collection (must have)
Snk vs capcom

I love 2-D fighters :rockon:

I have a top five list of games for original xbox but only one is a fighting game. Sorry.
Anyhow here are my top five, in no particular order.

1. The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay - Fantastic game based on some part of Riddick's life not featured in the movies.
People I know never gave this game a chance because its based on such terrible films.
2. Psychonauts
3. Oddworld Stranger's Wrath
4. Ninja Gaiden
5. Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes - Its an arcade port that had been on some systems before, but I liked this port the best. Plus its a fighting game like you wanted.

I know this isn't what your looking for as only marvel vs. capcom is multi-player... but they are all great games, and worth a try.
