You could try lowering the temperatures to induce pinning. If nothing happens thwen you'll just have to be patient.

Case em', its better. It could be dry cakes or something. Try setting them directly on the perlite, I heard that works well but I'm a casing guy myself so I'm not sure, haven't tried it before.

I have some cased, but I always have contamination problems casing. I want to wait to set them directly on the perlite for the 2nd flush. How long should I wait? I put them in a week and a half ago. I'll try lowering the temp for now.

I put 3 directly on the perlite and lowered the temp to 70. I'll keep my fingers crossed. How long should I wait before I give up on them?

I've heard of cakes that took 4 weeks to pin. Cold shock em.
