unusual plant of the cannabis variety

Most definitely NOT male and doesn't seem to be displaying any female traits. It's like it isn't anything. It's stuck in veg state, but not developing--just growing. Anyone ever had a plant like this? It's the biggest one I have and they were al lthe same age.

Could be a hermaphrodite. But I'm really just talking out my ass, because I have no clue what I'm talking about

ummm..if you say its 'stuck in the veg stage' ...then you need to put it in the flowering light cycle for it to flower.
