Hippie tek success stories WANTED!!

Hi, I am wanting to hear from anyone who has had success using the HIPPIE TEK !!! I am a newbie and just inoculated 10 stropharia jars 3 days ago. So far I have been exposing them to light indirectly for 3-4 hours a day. Am, i on the road to success or failure?? I'm trying to do my best at my first attempt. PLEASE RESPOND!! I'm not making any accusations, but I would just like to point out a couple of red flags.

This post creeps me out two ways. First it asks for accounts of succesfull attempt at growing "stropharias".

The stropharia part doesn't bother me. The king stropharia is an amazingly beautiful and ?robust? edible fungus.

But It is interesting to know that e-mails can be a good way to harvest IP addresses. I don't know if there is a way to change this.

never grown hippie tek...but 3-4 days? You won't need to give it light until its actually growing :-P. Just have patience, I would start giving it light as soon as it is colonized completely...or mebbe when its around 80% but thats just my $.02. I guess do whatever you want ;-). You will have awhile to wait though...coupla weeks at least.

for invitro fruiting, you want to give them light from the time they germinate on.
you sound ok, just don't let direct sunlight on the jars as that would get too hot quick.
