those damn bugs

Hello, does anyone have advice on how to get rid of those larvae that come with wild harvests? I've found splitting the stem down the middle helps. Any other tips?

If there are bugs in the gills of the mushroom, blow in there a few times. They come running out, it's pretty spiffy.
