Where is the best place to buy good jars? I have looked at the grocerie store and haven't found anything good, same with Home Depot.

yup, walmart had about 100 boxes of those jars in the isle when i went. 1/2 pint all the way up to quart..
just go to the isle with the pressure cookers/pot and pans...
while your there grab a a pie tin for your casing too  ...

true value or craft stores, wide mouth half pint ball brand jars (metal lids not the checkered lids cuz those jars are too tapered)

some vendors sell premade jars, you could buy them may pay a little more, but you supposedly get good-sterilized substrate with them. that is what i did when i couldn't find any jars. I guess jars are seasonal. (plus i don't have a car and have to walk my ass everywhere)

I have found them at Hen House, Wal_mart and hobby stores. Do yourself a favor and buy the plastic reusable plastic lids. Metal lids rust.

Yes Walmart, Also check your supermarkets,Yes they are seasonal but someone in your hood will have em year round Hardware stores and drug stores too.
