psilocybin experience enhancers

I've got a question for anyone who might feel capable of answering. I've heard a lot of weird things about what goes well with mushrooms.

The obvious ones are lsd + psilocybin, mdma + psilocybin, and of course good, old-fashioned THC. And fuck yeah, those are great combos.

But my question is this: If you're just munching on mushrooms, are there any non-narcotics that enhance the experience? For instance, I've heard that Vitamin C does, and tea, and chocolate.

What's the low-down on this shit? Someone, anyone, PLEASE, break it down and seperate the old wives tales from facts.
