LOL he didnt come in (i dont think, after all i hightailed it to rear of trailer and shut door of room behind me and listened for a minute or two.) but i think he wouldnt fit thru the door , i think after i left his sight he just waited a few then went about his business. I very nearly went nuts, i didn't sleep for at least 3 days after that, and still til this day i only sleep during morning hours, after 7am. My wife was a real trooper, she thought i was nuts for a couple of days til i got her up in time to actually hear a couple of the bangs and got her outside to hear some yells and calls they were making. During this first couple of weeks i only had 2 of my 4 kids with me and i made sure they would sleep in my room with my wife or in my living room with me watching over them. My living room is about 12x12 with 3 main windows, one window is completely sealed, screwed shut and packed with a 3inch styrofoam panel so you cant see thru it. this wall is where my couch is and where the kids sleep. The end window, living room at one end of trailer, has been replaced with half inch ply and there is a space cutout for A/C, that leaves just the one window that is vulnerable, I still have a loaded 12gage shotgun right next to my pc desk that is on end wall.
The main reason we didn't leave is that i can't, i am awaiting a settlement from a lawsuit over my back, i have 3 herniated, bulging discs in my lower back and right now i am on SSDI and my wife is training to be manager of local Mcdonalds, I am 38 yrs of age by the way. But til we settle i have not the income to move. That first night i had the encounter i truly believe that he would have ripped me to shreds, I am rather large and when i stood and stooped to look out the window , with his feet on ground and my trailer up on anchors, I had to look straight out to be face to face. In my and a few others opinions, when i did look him in the eye and i didn't flinch , i thereby challenged him, I had a full beard and i am kind of hairy so we think he treated me as any other male squatch and would have seriously harmed if not killed me.My story would make a great movie man, I tell you , my whole family has been thru alot in past year . As far as my kids were concerned , we didn't let them know what was going on til after the "hazing" slowed down. Sometimes they would wake up from the banging but i just sat there and told them it was nothing, after they drifted off i would open my back door and check out side for anymore signs or sounds from them. After my first encounter , I went a couple of days before i would admit to anyone that I had seen a bigfoot that night, I think i had to let it settle into my mind also, unbelievable and totally illogical , but it was a bigfoot, that was my thought process after it happened. I confirmed it by hitting the BFRO site and listening to the recorded sounds, we have heard almost everyone out here during that first 3 weeks. I din't have a video camera yet and my regular digital camera wasn't the greatest either, as far as sound , i have a small RCA digital sound recorder but i get too much static when i try recording anything outside or far off, and i have tried 3 different kinds of mics and it is always the same. I couldn't get any of my buddies or even relatives to come over and help try to catch some thing either because they were all working massive overtime(auto industry) before july 4th when they were to get laid off.
For the first couple of months i wouldn't go outside unless another adult was awake in the house either, it was weird but i couldnt leave the kids without someone awake and watching over them, so there was a lot of times i heard things but never went out , also i was scared witless, i have never been afraid of anything before, til now, my wife only believed me at first because she had never seen me scared in the 9 yrs we have been married.
Anyway, when my buddies finally had time to come over , the big guys had cut down the harrassment to about once every 10-12 days or so.I didn't put in my report til july either I think, it never occured to me to do so and to tell the truth i dint see the file report button for awhile. Also, i still didnt want to get ridiculed, i still haven't spoken to many about what went on but after i read a few of the reports in michigan, there around 8 or so in michigan within 50 miles of me so i figured what the heck. BFRO responded quickly, Eric e-mailed within 7 days and when he heard what i had here he scheduled a visit as soon as he could. When we did our little excursion here, along with Fred another BFRO member from michigan also, close to 3 hrs north of me, we hiked down some railroad tracks and heard a few knocks in answer to a couple we made, 5 answering knocks i think we heard all in different directions, and we had that smell for a few minutes, later on we just sat around next to my house and i tried to call em in with my whoop and after a few eric knocked twice ,we didnt hear anything right away but then a few minutes later there was a loud couple of bangs like metal on wood, none of us were for sure what it was but there was someone a mile away lighting fireworks we thought that was probly it but it was really loud for that , anyway eric and fred went to their vehicles to get some shuteye , my buddy went home and then my kids came out , 13 yr old boy first , asking me if it was us that had banged on the little shed out front, I t then dawned on me , that was what banged twice, the roof of that shed, the kids confirmed it , that sound came from the shed, they were inside but his window was open and my oldest is just 45 ft away from it in his room and he swears up and down that it was the shed that was hit really hard., so we had a visitor answer my call again , like i had told the guys something always answers my calls, but that had to be a squatch , the roof of that shed is 7 1/2 foot high, so we had one come close when we were all just sitting right in back of my trailer and answer eric's knocks by "knocking" on the shed roof, and it was a strong one by the sounds of those hits it made too.

Well , to end this post finally , after all that has happened to us, we kind of got used to em making noises and the "attacks" if you will,have really cut down lately , almost a month of quiet now, and they have become less and less severe also. I think them seeing me with 3 other men might have caused em to ease up some and there is the fact we didn't leave either so i think they gave up trying to run me off , I just hope i don't come close to that big male anymore. I think i have given too much away, that should be all that is in the report also but i want to see what eric and fred's impressions are of all this.As far as estimates go , i would say he was around 8' tall, probly 450 pounds or so, and his shoulders were wider then my window frame which is 3'(wide)x4'(high). He had a scar over his right eye and his fur(hair) was reddish brown, his eyes,where ours arewhite, are yellow and bloodshot and brown eyes with really large pupils. His skin was grey not totally black , just shades of dark greyish color.
I think i have answered almost all questions so far but the report should be on soon , as i was notified, i just dont remember if my name is on it or not, just look for the newest report in Michigan in Hillsdale county and it will show up soon i am sure.

P.S. I forgot to mention that i and my buddy and my wife had heard some strange , bird type calls at night but they weren't from any bird anyone ever heard around here. Our thoughts on this is that it might have been a couple of squatches using bird immitation calls to communicate with each other. There are no birds in Michigan or Ohio or Indiana that make those awful birdlike calls. Once , my buddy and i were out sitting and trying to get some audio and video when we heard a dog bark, but it coulnt have been any dog in our vicinity, it was a weird sound like if you were to yell out woof , woof and then within a couple of minutes my landlord's guard dogs cutloose at something moving thru the high weeds. Might have been them again.
