thats no standard light. it is infrared light for a nightvision cam. you wouldn't be able to see it with your eyes. the only thing you would be able to see is a glow from the bulb.
and retinas sure do reflect with that light even humans. just watch the ghost hunters show, they use them all the time

That first pic is not of the supposed sasquatch. It's a bear, it says so on the site.

I honestly don't know why people even bother with this stuff. Even if it really was something wierd, how can you tell? You never can, it's always too blurry, to dark etc. Always. Consider that for a moment. All these videos about bigfoors and e.t. etc., yet they can't even get one clear shot? Ever??

I think it's all fake. Maybe they'll find a unicorn or something they lable bigfoot that's not what they were expecting, but I don't think there's any bigfoots or aliens out there wandering in the woods.
