Help with burning files to DVD

I have these files for the movie Blow, but I do not know how to put them on to a DVD-R. Any help would be appreciated.

look for DVD Shrink, it will make a iso out of them that you can burn...

Since they're already resized he just needs nero, or any program that can burn DVD videos.

that's weird, I haven't really looked that closely at my video-ts files, but aren't they usually VOB's instead of mpegs? I donno. DVDshrink only shrinks them if they aren't already that size, but I think you need nero to burn via DVDshrink anyway? something like that..
