okay, no pics, but i got your attention, didn't i?
i don't mean to nag, but i am on a streak here, and not a good one. i live in central florida and it poured the last two days straight. so i figured today would be a good day to try hunting again. not a thing. every cow pasture i went to was barren.
to the seasoned shroom hunters of this forum... i ask you these questions:

1) If it is very sunny, hot, and humid following a couple days of rain, am I likely to find anything?

2) If i find nothing in one pasture, are the chances of me finding anything in another pasture slim as well?

3) Can mushrooms be there one day and gone the next? Or there in the morning and gone by eveningtime?

Any help here would be very much appreciated. Thanks shroomery crew!

When it is too hot they do not grow where you are, on the other hand, those fields you are going to might not have any P. cubes or Copes to begin with. Not every field has them and it takes four to six weeks after the cows shit for the shrooms to appear. Also if the cattle are pissing heavily they won't appear until the cattle move away and then maybe later the cattle come back and the shrooms will appear. Right now it is too hot for them probably. Wher ein Florida are you anyway.
