Mescaline -- I call bullshit

So a buddy called and told me he could get ahold of some mescaline. I immediatly thought bullshit. I said unless I am eating a button or a fucking cactus I doubt it is mescaline at all. He reassured me that he thought it was.

I still don't believe it. But I think I will check it out and see.

What are some tale tell signs that what I am buying is mescaline? I have heard that mescaline can come in bigass capsules, like real big.

Chances are it is going to turn out to be bunk or an rc. Any you guys have any tips to tell whether it is fake or not? Obviously if it comes on blotter paper I can say bullshit. Also, hopefully this part isn't against any rules, but how much would be too much to pay for cacti?

It will most likely be a tiny bit of white powder in the bottom of a gel-cap, that is your Research Chemical.

True mesc. would be gray/yellow/green/reddish... and fill an entire cap. Don't call bogus, just tell them you're not interested, best these scum-bags are left in the dark.

Now assuming it is going to be an rc, I just wish they would tell me which one instead of saying mescaline. I have no problems experiementing with an rc once but not really not knowing what it is.

I find it hilarious how people will label something mescaline when the effects are probably not even close. I think I will take the money I would be giving to this shady bastard and buy some san pedro and do an extraction myself.

When I got some mescaline it was off white, but it sure as hell wasn't yellow, etc.... maybe a slight tinge. But it was very pretty.

With all the extraction methods out there these days, and the ease of buying cactus chips.... who knows.... maybe the guy isn't lying and it is mescaline.

Too bad it can't easily be tested like molly.

Lets say it were real mescaline. How big would the capsules be for one dose? Would it be in the milligrams or could I weigh it out with my digital scale? The last thing I want to do it fucking get ripped off, IF I decide to go through with it.

somewhere in the 200-500mg + impurities so probably 250-800mg

Well 450mg is a normal dose. (although somewhat low in some peoples minds)

Honestly if you get some real small gel-cap presented to you, it's not mescaline, or it's a tiny little dose.

450mg of mescaline will form a nice fat little triangle in the bottom of small bag.

As for extracting it yourself, its not impossible, for sure, but you might have to read the tek a few times just to be sure of what you are doing. I know that I needed help fully understanding the process. And NO I am not talking about the tek here at the shroomery. Personally I prefer another forum for lab activities.

thats actually what happened to me.. only i was stupid and uneducated at the time.. the mescaline i was sold came on a blotter (which is a dead give away that it was an RC)

but either way, RC's are still pretty fun... i have yet to have a negative experience with RC's (only done them 4 times but still)

Powder up cactus
Soak in Alcohol
Shake well for a bit, let sit, shake well
Pour off fluid into a dish
add more alch, shake, let sit, rinse, repeat
Pour liquid off into a dish (after a few hours)

Do that a few times, then evaporate off the alch, and you should be left with a tarry residue.

From what I gather, this does not do much to cut down on the nausea - it does greatly reduce the amount of material that you need to swallow.

I have friends who also claim mescaline. When I asked for a fourth time if it is really indeed mescaline or if any other name was given because I suspected RC, my friend told me the guy once called it "T2C"...lol. Fuck it man...go buy a cactus or two with a friend, prepare it together, and go for the real shit.
