I just slept for 15 hours...

I feel amazingly rested but my body feels dead from laying for so long and I'm still yawning... One would think I'd have got out of bed ready to find a cure for cancer or something. I don't think I've slept this long without xanax ever. A few days of 3-4 hours of sleep + 9 hours of work each day + a big bowl of kindly before I lay down for a nap apparently makes for a really nice one...

Anyways... I dunno where this is going so share some stories of extreme sleep deprivation/rejuvenation or something...

What's a good time to sleep? I tend to sleep for about 10-12 hours and I wake up feeling nice, but I don't really wake up for the rest of the day, and other times when I'm woken up after about 5-6 hours, my body feels tired, but I'm still more active for some reason.

I have slept 5 hours in the past two days I got mono and it makes it so my ass cant sleep

Weird when i fall into waking up at say midnight i feel the most energetic. Maybe im nocturnal.:lol:

i generally sleep 12 hours.. but im on a fucked up sleep pattern.. i generally go to bed around 8am-10am and wake up again between 8-10pm and end up spending all night on the computer

but i hopefully fixed my pattern today by going to bed around 8pm and waking up at 4am... i hope i can stay on this sleep pattern... left me feeling great this morning.

last weekend after i partied i fell asleep at 8am and woke up at around 5am the next day. kind of sucked wasted a whole day:smirk:
