ya - i didnt think they would replace jerry... just sounds wrong.

haha oooo jones beach is lovely. im actually going there tonight for the fireworks... really pretty.

Sorry Guys I said filling in............. never replace. I use to follow them in the early 80's and had a classic bootleg tape collection going. I couldnt imagine seeing them without Jerry. And Jones Beach is not that far for Skip hmmmmmmmmmm

ya - jones beach isn't the BEST venue for sound... but it is pretty neat having the water right next to you. :smile:

i live 10 min away from Jones Beach - im soooo excited. just whatever you do - dont get high up seats (no more than first or second stadium) b/c you'll FREEZE your ass off... trust me.
