Yeah but they're doing a 3 round non title fight. Lutter couldn't lose 2 pounds in 2 hours.

agreed.


My biggest interest going into this ppv was just to watch what is basically a historic, momentous shift in talent back into the UFC.

What we're witnessing here, is what may very well be the beginning of a golden era in MMA.

Pride and the UFC are exchanging and interacting at a level never seen before. After the cro-cop fight there were 2 Pride officials in the octagon.


Big things to come.

Yeah I see big things coming for the UFC this year. Hopefully they do something about the lightweight division.

I agree there's potential, but they aren't putting together good fights.  The Tyson/Frankie fight was entertaining.  Watching Pulver get beat up by some nobody wasn't :lol:

And Sean Sherk as the champion? Come on he couldn't cut it at welterweight so he drops down and instantly gets the title? Lame.
