Mediate some drama at home.
    #6508005 -

Fuck, I just know I'm going to get thrown into the middle of this.

Alright, so maybe 3 months ago, I got my dope use under control and went from being homeless to moving back in with my mother and her husband.

Now, thats all good.

But, I guess my mom has been stressing over her husband and this has all come to a headway yesterday.

Little bit of yelling and now they aren't talking to each other.

At first I thought I caused the problem, due to not being around all weekend. But nope, not the issue. I asked her today about it, and she sort of explained that she feels she HAS to do everything to keep the household going and all her husband ever does is just work and then come home and sit on the computer or watch TV.

OK, understandable.

but her husband does not understand this is why he is getting the silent treatment, and this is going to escalate.

i want so much to stay out of this, and let them work it out.

but if i do get dragged into this, how the hell can i help? I'm no fucking marriage counselor.. fuck, I'm just now able to take care of myself once again.

any suggestions?

Help out around the house as much as you can, make things run smoother, maybe cook up a nice sit-down dinner and initiate good conversation. As to the root of the problem, the husband being a lazy-ass, give the man a couple "chores."
