yeah, like i stated, fuck that game. i have tried to stop for a few times now, but i always had the CDs on my shelf just to be able to re-install that shit.

but without those CDs there is no way i can give in  :smile:

thats how i am with online poker - yes i know i have a problem.

i'll delete the program, but then i'll have some leftover cash just sitting in the bank account w/ nothing to do with it - and online money transfers are just SO EASY, oh well :smile:

yeah, my roomate does nothing but play online poker. he has made quite a bit of money and won some prizes doing it; needlesstosay, a much much more productive addiction than WoW.

My account is still technically active, but I have not played in about a month. I don't really miss it either. My roomate is getting pretty obsessed with it, but says he "never plays." I woke up to him playing it at 5 AM

You people have no self control.

I work 45-55 hours a week and I still manage to play WoW in my spare time, after playing music, chilling with my friends, smoking pot, eating, etc. (I.E - Having a social life.) And I'm in a raiding guild. Oh, and I sleep too.

Granted, no girlfriend at the moment.. that would make things a little (lot) more difficult.

But if you're skipping your job, friends, etc because of WoW.. or the Shroomery.. or anything else for that matter, you need to reassess your priorities in life. It's just a game. You know, for fun. People get way too obsessed.

As my guild says, RL > WoW

But if you can't control yourself then absolutely, burn the game.
Having a life > Killing digitized pixels.

This goes for the Shroomery as well. People get just as addicted to the Shroomery as WoW. I would know.

a 61 lock, tier 1, a 50 hunter. not much more than that. i had a 60 warrior tier 1+2 and all sorts of other shit but my friend wanted him so...
