    #6480905 -

Hey guys
Is there any DMT containing plant that is easy to grow indoors?
Thanks

Psychotria viridis is pretty easy to grow indoors. I have mine under fluoros; they need humidity, though. I've also seen things like Mimosa and Anadenanthera sp. indoors in pots, but this isn't sustainable - you'd have to plant your Mimosa in the ground and wait a decade or so until you could harvest enough rootbark to make it worthwhile (correct me if I'm wrong). And who knows what Yopo needs to flower? Growing Phalaris indoors probably isn't unheard of either, but if it's convenience and fast results in getting DMT from any of these plants you're interested in, you'll be dissappointed.

i do know phalaris grass grows very fast. im not sure how great for extraction it is because i have heard many mixed reports. my last harvest of phalaris turned into cat bedding. i know that may piss some off but i had no time or motivation at that moment.

desmanthus leptolobus could be a answer also but mine kept getting devored by insects outside.

Acacia obtusifolia;
Pain in the ass to germinate, but easy growing from there, relatively high content (much better than psychotria species) and grows in a much wider climate range.

Phalaris grass grows as quickly as the grass in your own front yard.

Mine germinated relatively easy by pouring boiling water on them and allowing to soak for a day before planting.

Dried Phalaris grass is, what, .100% n,n-DMT by weight? So you'd need about 50 grams of Phalaris? How did you go about growing it, phillipj? What was your yield like?

Phalaris is a pain in the ass to process. I want to see you guys separate the goodies from the junk in it (gramine etc). They´ll come out together in a acid/base extraction.

For indoors, I would recommend Psychotria alba or carthaginensis, as they grow much quicker than viridis.

I bought some phalaris seed online, the grass has been about 6 inches high for 2-3 weeks now, I'm thinking I got ripped? Or maybe it's too thick ... I don't know.

P.viridis, after everything I have read seems to me to be the easiest plant for the average westerner to grow. If you live in Brazil, by all means grow tons of mimosa hostilis. But in western countires, P.viridis seems to be the way to go.

Bundle flower seems like a good choice to, but it takes years to get decent roots. (and thats where DMT is concentrated in the Bundle flower's roots.
The grasses are weak. And as for Bundle flower I have yet to read an extraction of Bundle flowers root based DMT. Although I am sure one could be done.

I personally am most interested in P.viridis, for its ease of growth, and its strength.  Happy Growing

I'm curious about this P. Viridus you mentioned, i couldnt find very much information about growing it (temps, humidities etc) online. Do you happen to know what makes this such an easy growing plant and what kind of things it likes?

peace

I'm not saying it hasn't or can't be done, but i've never heard of a successful Phalaris extraction. Ever. So with that said, viridis is a much better choice.
