even flushes/temps

I was wondering that if i wanted even flushes on cakes would i pick the first pins off in order the the rest of the cake to "catch up?"

also, when it gets hot around here, i don't have an air conditioner, so i'm wondering... if it gets hot enough to the point where it makes my fruiting chamber too warm, how do i make it cooler?

With cakes its not as much of a big deal for even flushes, well in my opionion. You dont have to screw around with the humidity much like you would with casings. Id personanly just let them develop and pick when they are mature.

Unless your room gets into the 90's, you shouldnt have anything to worry about. Does it really get that HOT there?
