segregated forums

I wounder if it would be good to allow for a set of special forums that are segregated from the mod forum in the same way that the old-timer's-club is separated from the pub. I would like a place for hunting forum moderators to discuss hunting forum related matters. A treehouse for hunting forum moderators in which the general public could view posts, but only hunting moderators could post. It seems the moderators of many forums would like to have one of these remote and elevated forums.

I think users would also like to witness moderator business the same way people like to watch judgejudy and c-span.

I have a better idea than Shroomydan.

I think that moderators should be free to act as they wish on the boards, and to be granted the ability to utilize their moderator powers with no scrutiny.

Then, instead of the forums that we have now, there would simply be one forum per moderator. Each moderator would be God over their forum, and would be able to fuck with his domain as he saw fit. For instance, someone could piss off Wiccan_Seeker in his forum and he can condemn that user to hell by subjecting him to Stein's forum. :smirk:

Not only that, but new users would be assigned to one forum at their registration, and the only way a user could be granted the ability to post in another moderator's forum is through transfer, which would allow the moderators to be cruel fucks by making it a rat maze or something. :grin:

Also, perhaps we moderators could have our favor influenced. Kickbacks. I could quit my day job. :lol:

Shroomydan's idea I do not care for, but my idea is a revolution! :evil:

You know, stein, I say that we make a list of demands, as moderators, and if this idea is not implemented, we hostile takeover and implement it by force. Then we can steal Ythan's diamonds, too. :cool:
