alright guys this is for the UK hunters...is the season still going? i haven't noticed a frost where i am at the moment (Kent)
i was also wondering as this will be my first hunt what sort of areas do i need to be looking in? i have a few woods nearby and i can make a trip to some larger field areas? thanks in advance x x x

I would think the season has finished now mate.
Did you go picking earlier this year? I didn't bother since i won't even do shrooms anymore.

your a bit late man... at my spots the fruiting peaked in the latter half of october.
last time i went out was the middle of november, its a long way (60 miles) from where i live, so i havent been back to see if there are still a few growing.
