Yeah dosing around night, some people can run into sleep problems initially. If you can get to sleep, you should start sleeping hard after a few nights!! I've had some insanely lucid dreams while on JW.

Also carb up while taking your doses. Complex of course (like a bowl of oatmeal or a whole wheat bagel), and have a fast burning one pre workout. I tried timing mine so I took one pre workout for best results. Ate a fruit bar with it which was 100% fruit, so obviously the natty sugars were fast burning and good pre workout.

Keep it up, man. My younger bro just got another bottle and it should be in the mail on monday... that lucky bugger. I might pick up two bottles sometime in the spring and run it at 4 a day. Puts on CLEAN, lean gains!

Did you use JW alongside other supplements or just by itself? I'm thinking of buying a bottle and I'm wondering whether it's recommended to supplement creatine with it.

I'm using it with creatine, glutamine, and a nitric oxide stimulator, along with animal pak which is vitamins/minerals/amino acids/someotherstuff. I must say its already doing what it promises, and more than I expected. I've put on like 3-4 pounds already and my strength and endurance are shooting up too. I'm sure you could have good results with just JW but running it with some other supps is working quite well for me.
I'm EXTREMELY pleased with it so far.

Yeah, I'm definitely getting some when I finish up my Animal Pump (which is also an excellent creatine/nitric oxide supplement). I'm thinking of maybe doing a bottle of JW and a can of Animal Pump, since they both last for about 30 days. That stack should yield some sick gains.

Yeah, man. For the most part it was just JW that I used (I think). Nothing really performance enhancing, but I would have loved to use Controlled Labs Green MAGnitude!!!!!

I'm using it again in my PCT, and the synergy with cell volumizers is out of this world(using Glycergrow as it has some electrolytes and gives huge pumps). It's almost like I'm STILL on cycle, guys. This is really awesome.

Training with some DC (doggcrapp) principals like enhanced negatives, giant work sets using the rest-pause method (and straight sets for dangerous stuff like deadlifts and t-bar rows, etc) and doing fascia stretching in between exercises... used to never stretch until the end, but DC protocols are serious about stretching in between sets.

All I can say is that this training is purely about progression. You cycle three work outs (6 in total) each week, one set of three and then another set of three the next week - monday, wednesday and friday are common... this is a far cry from my normal 5 day splits. But anywho, I've been getting amazing DOMS and haven't changed my split, just my training principals and kind of benchmarking my weight for these new types of sets.... they're extended instead of multiple straight sets, sort of hard to explain.....

You might be doing incline smyth presses and you'll rep with your MAX and hit 8 reps... take 10-15 breathes, rep out another 3-4, breathe and do another 2 or so. Say you total 13 reps with 225lbs.... in two weeks when you're back to this workout again, you'll try for 14!!!!!

You cycle things too, I like periodization. You "blast" through your shit for a couple of weeks and then "cruise" for a couple of weeks so you're not taxing your CNS. You have huge gains and with the extreme fascia stretching, you can expect big gains, big stretch marks and a thirst for protein and additional carbs. Eating is obviously extremely anabolic and I'm really taking interest in this training... just making a few slight changes in the past few workouts is amazing. Can't wait to jump into a FULL DC routine!!!!

BTW. People stack their JW with a product called "Restore"... they've been seeing amazing results. More of a complete non-herbal anabolic stack. I almost enjoyed JW more than SD to be honest. I felt like king of the world. If you don't want to do a cycle of gear, there's no shame in using JW!!!!! I can't wait to use it again, but I just got signed with Molecular Nutrition as a board rep so I'll be using X-Factor and hopefully some new supplements before they're released to the public... joy!!

(I'm fucked off melatonin right now... sorry for the long-winded post, yet again lol... at least my rants are usually more structured :frown: lol night night)

Have you used the MAX-OT workout method?

Yeah I've bounced around and tried a lot. Basically as long as it's hard and heavy, I like it. But it's nice to go a little lighter and make sure that I don't scorch my CNS.

looking good browndustin!

i got all the stitches out of my finger and palm today,
its a bummer man,i havent trained for over a month accept a few times really light and the scar on my palm is about 1cm long and right under my index finger wear i grip,i've heard of people ripping their callouses open from weights and this is kind of the same cause i tried to lift dumbells yesterday and the scar nearly tore so im using lots of vitamin e cream
i was thinking about getting those gloves with the flat curved bar inside them to hold the bars, they look like what i might need

im gonna wait another week or so and start again and use plaster bandage under my gloves so it should be ok
after a month the first thing im ordering is whey powder and JW
so wish me luck
