Hey guys, what kind of supplements do you take daily and what kind of health effects have you noticed since you began taking them? I take a multivitamin formulated by Patrick Holford (nutritionist) 3000mg of vitamin C spread throughout the day and a fish oil blend. Sometimes I take spirulina because when I was in uni I did some research on its excellent nutrient/protein content. I used to take creatine monohydrate but it made me quite bad tempered and I needed to pee all the time, could have been because I was having to drink so much water with the powder.

I tried taking a generic multi-vitamin a few months ago. Stuck to it for about a month or two, but it then began making me sick. On days when I took it, I'd have serious stomach issues and feel nauseous, and on the days I didn't take it, I felt fine.
So I've just started eating better than I was (which was kind of hard to do since I ate pretty well before hand), but I feel healthier than before.

I take Centrum preformance vitamins. They make me feel great! On the days I don't take them, i can feel myself moving slightly slower. Probably due to the ginkgo biloba and ginsing they put in there rather than the vitamins themselves though.

Only things i take now are vitamins ( usually just a strong vit C ), and Ginseng.
Ginseng is great for giving you mental stamina if you don't use it everyday.

Lately Ive been tryin some new supplements. Im taking a break from them now but will start up again in August. Probably be takin Centrum Performance multivitamins, ginseng, ginko biloba, msm and what ever else is in my joint packets from gnc, creatine, NO, protein shakes, glutamine, flax seed oil, fish oils, antioxidants, amino acids, milk thistle, and probably some more shit I have sitting in my room (Im on vacation so I cant remember exactly what I have waiting for me back home).
I dont take it all on a daily basis, just take what I feel like when ever, and try to cycle every now and then, its just way too much to take all at the same time...
And to Demius, those multis that made you feel sick probably had high levels of metallics. Try some multis without all the metals and that sick feeling hopefully wont happen again.

I take chlorella for one thing. It's related to the spirulina that you take in that its a green single-celled algae, but it does more of what I need. It has less protein, but I get plenty of that in my diet anyhow. Chlorella has been on the planet 2.5 billion years and has the most chlorophyll of any plant on the planet and was the first form of life with a true nucleus (which spirulina lacks) a fully developed cell wall which binds to heavy metals and toxins in the body and carries them out of the body, along with RNA and DNA, omega 3s, and vitamins.
I also take flaxseed oil for my omega 3s, a multi vitamin, kelp (one of the few foods which contains all 72 trace minerals the body requires), and systemic enzymes. On a per need basis I will drink green tea, comfrey (called "knitbone") which I take if the body needs help healing, oregano oil (the finest antibiotic in nature, equivelant to the strongest doctor-prescribed antibiotic vs. antibiotic-resistant bacteria (vancomycin) and as a bonus kills yeasts and fungus which antiobiotics cannot do) and kefir ( a cultured milk product..think "yogurt on steroids") to boost the friendly bacteria in the digestive tract, and apple cider vinegar as a general health tonic.
I am forever tweaking my supplement regiment so I'll be following this thread closely for possible additions.
As for health effects I've noticed since I began my regimen, the biggest one is an increase in energy and feelings of well-being. I also sleep better and feel more rested when I wake up.

CM and CEE are dope. Most of my supplements have CM in it and it's awesome. I also ordered some bulk CEE and L-Leucine. Should be arriving any day now.... do you cap your CEE or just down it? I've never tasted pure CEE yet but I've heard all of the horror stories about the taste.
I've been a little sob. I keep on doing sponsored supplement logs and getting free supps. Right now the most important thing for me though is taking a multi and getting in my omega 3/6/9.
Going to be tweaking things soon.... might do a non-hormonal anabolic stack or delve into actual pro-hormones.

I used to use CM until I heard about CEE. I found the shit that apparently isn't washed down and yes... IT TASTES LIKE ABSOLUTE SHIT. Like imagine walking through different types of shit and they were all fresh shits so they're essence of shit is fresh and shitty. You can lick the bottom of your shoe and CEE will still taste significantly shittier. Gasoline may even taste better.
But after the a couple days of taking it consecutively then it isn't too bad. I do feel it though. I never felt a noticable difference with CM but CEE definately hit me. It tastes so shitty I have to take it like a shot and chase it with something like orange juice or gatorade to wash down the bitterness.
www.giantnutrition.net
check it out. a serving is ~2grams and the container gives ~300servings... and how much would you think this is??? ...~$30
What kind a non-hormonal anabolic stack or pro-hormones, in particular? What are you trying to do? Get strong or for sports?

Thanks for the CEE review lol I'm a man when it comes to shitty tastes though. I'm not buying CEE to have a tea party, I'm going to be using it post workout for recovery heheh
I got mine from customnutritionwarehouse.com because they also sell leucine and I want that for added protein synthesis. I'm cutting down on the protein shakes and getting in whole foods instead (not like I don't eat actual food or anything). I want to be able to stretch out my protein and make it worth it's while.
I get my protein from anabolicinnocations.com because the guy there, Crowler, has been a fuckin awesome, dude. Hooking me up in Canada, sending my packages on time, correcting any errors and giving little discounts and deals here and there. His whey protein isolate is fucking awesome. All the flavours are great and EASSSSSILLLYYY digested by even the most lactose intolerant fellas. Great economy, taste and biological value. I would recommend everyone to do business with this great man. I have nothing to gain, no referral discounts or anything. But word of mouth is powerful and this guy deserves it.
I applied to be a tester for X-Factor because Molecular Nutrition wants logs for those taking in fish oils now. Before it was prohibited because this product (arachidonic acid) was very unknown. AA is found in red meat and no doubt, red meat has a high biological value and even though whey and egg protein are 104 and 100 BV respectively, for some god damn reason red meat makes everyone GROW HUGE. They tapped this idea and AA is looking very promising. I am hoping to try AA because I hardly eat any red meat, plus it's $50 a bottle, and most recommend at least two bottles so you really get the full efficiency from their product (the suppliers don't endorse this to sell more product, testers discovered this).
I'm looking at Jungle Warfare but ALRI makes me a little skeptical. Very similar gains as pro hormones and perhaps there actually are pH's in it. Hyperdrol by Anabolic Xtreme looks like a good substitute for Superdrol, which is a synthetic pro hormone. Hypderdrol is herbal, but the ingredients look very close to a pH so I might settle for this or due a true pro hormone or pro steroid.
I'm looking at Phera Plex, also by Anabolic Xtreme and damn... this shit is all so tempting. I'm lifting for strength. And while creatine have given me a ton of strength, I'm still looking at doing a cycle. I know more about this shit than anyone I know IRL, and if I set up the perfect cycle I could take in any variables/sides and do my absolute best to curb them and save my gains with a strong PCT. I obviously wouldn't keep going if I had bad shut down or anything nasty like blood problems, but yeah.... it's been tempting me.
My bench has shot up from 185lbs to over 225lbs for reps (still need to hit the flat bench and see what it's at now, probably more), deadlift went from 225lbs for reps to 325lbs for three reps, and my squat was sitting at 265lbs and it's now 315lbs for five reps. I have also incorporated some cardio, 5 mile runs at least once a week and cleaned up my diet, so this has been a very clean month or so and I'm satisfied with Green MAGnitude. But I wouldn't mind doing more of a cleaner bulk with a pH, putting on at least 10lbs of solid mass (would shoot for 15-20lbs including water weight) so I at least end up a good 10lbs heavier by the end of my cycle. I see so many people doing this half assed and still coming out with gains, people online logging their cycles and getting so huge........... ahh
I might stay away from pro hormones though.... I don't know, it's up in the air. Might go with a NHA and mad stack so I just have crazy huge gains naturally, tweak my diet to incorporate more red meat and an even stricter regimen and make sure I have enough recoverly supplements and sleep to actually keep up with my gains. Nevertheless, I'll post a link to my log here so anyone can follow along if they'd like.

I don't take any supplements. I used to eat Viactiv chews when I lived at home, because my mom recommended it, but I don't make the effort anymore.

Just fish oil and whey protein here. Though I eat pretty dang healthy, so I'm not too concerned with my vitamin intake. I try to keep a pretty balanced diet.
