Wii Boxing

So, I'm addicted to Wii Boxing.  At first I thought it was going to be the worst part of the Wii experience. It looked clunky, didnt seem very responsive at first, and I was judging it heavily on the graphics, which are purposely clunky/cartoonish.

But shit, what a game. You use a controller in each hand and set your personal avatar thing to either be lefty or righty.  I like to lead with my left, jab to the head a few times, then hook to the gut.  You can jab by pointing forward, hook by hooking, and uppercut by uppercutting. Depending on how you hold the controllers reallya ffects your blocking. Youhave to hold them to your face to block your face, and your body to block your body, and leaning them left, right, back, or forward, makes you lean that way.

When you dodge your opponents' punch it slows down all matrix style and makes a whooooooshing noise as their fist whiffs past your head, and gives you time to really connect on a shot to their noggin. It's great.  I got over feeling ridiculous standing up in my living room jabbing with all my strength and dodging side to side,it's too much fucking fun. After like eight fights in a row last night I thought my heart was gonna explode, and my arms hurt like hell today. :lol:

dude.. i hate that fucking game... well i think its because im too tall.. we mounted the sensor on top of the TV.. (its primarily for the young ones in the house).. so most of my punches dont register..

its fun when im bored though

rite now madden 07 has me addicted.
