Why People On COPS Are Fucking Stupid!

Ok, so I know everyone here has at one time or another seen the show "Cops" right? Ok, well what I find amazing is how many people on that show give up all their rights from the get go. Like when their being handcuffed and their read their rights(right to remain silent, have an attorney present,etc.) They start answer the cops incriminating questions like "so why'd you do it" if they had half a brain they would just not say anything except that they choose to remain silent.

Another time they completely fuck themselves is when they get pulled over and (not always) the cop asks them to step out of their car(with no probable cause) and they do!! Thats stupid right there!! In that situation you should step out of the car though, but before you do you should roll up all your windows and take you keys and lock all your doors. Then once your out of the car you ask "Am I being detained officer, or am I free to go?" If he really has no probable cause (ie warrants, smells drugs,beer, or can see any drugs paraphenalia) then he knows he has to let you go!

And if he doesnt he is doing an illegal search(even if he searches your person) Most people dont know their rights at all in this country. I do. But heres some good advice if you are actually caught. Say The cop has probable cause to search you or your vehicle,home. If you do have sopmething illegal then when the officer asks you (before searching you) if you do fess up!! DO IT!! you are about to be caught anyhow so this will help you alot in court.

And most times if you have a little weed or small amounts of other drugs they will just give you a ticket and NOT arrest you!! I've seen this done on COPS about 5 times, 3 of which were in my hometown(was featured on cops) Each time this happened its because the person did exactly the things i just stated above!!

Hell I got out of a moving violation ticket a few weeks ago for being dead honest with the officer and being respectful. I pulled over before he put his sirens on(very smart!!) I turned into a parking lot off the road where it weas safe. I stayed completely still and didnt reach for ANYTHING. Never reach for shit unless the officer asks!!

And when the officer asked me if i knew why he pulled me over i said "No sir I do Not" He said "You cut through three lanes on a turn" And went on to tell me how thats illegal then he asked if i knew this and i said NO. Then he went to his car with my info and ran it all and came back and let me go..

Cops arent assholes or corrupt(not all at least) remember they are just doing their jobs, and they are protecting our communities have some respect and you may find yourself driving off scoot free next time(or at least not going to jail)

I'm always nice to cops. I like cops in general, w/o them, your country would be in some deep shit.  My next door neighbor is the Sheriff, and he's such a cool guy.

Cops are put into some really hairy situations, where they need to be assholes to get their points across.

Well the people on COPS are idiotic because its entertaining to watch, which means fox only shows the crazy people. Who would want to watch just some normal ticket where it doesn't get out of hand? Not me, I like to see them fuckers get tasered. :thumbup:
