Any public park, new condo lawns new, restaurant lawns, nursing home lawns, office building lawns and then again in the fall Gardens in public places such as those mentioned above. in alder chips in the fall under bushes in gardens.. Pastures for liberty caps. but get trespassoing charges if you are in pastures without permission.
Along sidewalks and lawns no problems.

Washington State is one giant mushroom pasture.

you said
"Any public park, new condo lawns new, restaurant lawns, nursing home lawns, office building lawns "
do you mean that at this time of year there are shrooms in those places
cause you went on to tell of other places in the fall
I live in BC and have only picked stunziis in the fall I and havent ever found any other shrooms besides stunziss and beaocystis growing at the same place and
fly agaric which I found somwhere eles
anyway what could I find at
Any public park, new condo lawns new, restaurant lawns, nursing home lawns, office building lawns
right now if its raining cause we have had alot of sun for a week or so and just had a bunch of rain today so I assume 1 more good day of rain and I will search
what could I find at this time of year????

He is saying that in the spring its possible to find ps stunzii growing on well manicured lawns. In the fall stunzii will move onto woodchips/mulched dirt (they will be on lawns too at this point). Its madness how everyone is fiending for mushies. We need a universal "what to find in the spring in pac northwest" thread to sit up ontop of this forum.

Well if people would ordr my book Magic Mushrooms of the Pacific Northwest then they would have an idea what grows and when they grow as well as where they grow.
With 12 colored photos and 35 in black and white, plus text.
