Eulogy for a Horse

If I had intended to put the poem in MAL, I would have. :wink:

Make of it and discuss as you will. I came across a couple riding horses today with a psychedelicized consciousness, and I was moved by the horses to write that. They seemed completely devoid of will. They were just shadows of beings, totally dependent on others (their masters) for nourishment and fulfillment. They did only what they were told.

They were sheep in horses skin.

Then it occurred to me...this is the state most of us are in!
