Newest Addition to the Family
    #6219510 -

Well, I'm sick with a cold at home on a friday night. In other words I'm pretty bored right now so I thought I would post a few pics of my new cat for everyone to gawk over or whatever. Her name is Mia and I took her off a friend who recently moved. She's a really great cat, pretty dog-like. She talks a lot and eats like a pig (but I monitor her food intake to keep her weight down). She's at least 10 years old but no one knows her exact age. I like her except when she bights like she did this morning. She didn't bight hard but still you don't bight the hand that feeds you.

Yeah she does that. She woke me up at 4 this morning doing that right in front of my face.

It's the coolest cat on the planet. She speaks now, after being spoken to for years she now will reply. You can essentially have a conversation with her. God I love cats, dogs are fucking annoying. Cats do their own thing and don't ask for anything. They will come to you and socialize if htey feel like it, dogs constatnly need attention

I like dogs better but I have come to appreciate cats. My biggest complaint is that cats are too unpredictable.

We love cats too!  We have actually rescued most of the cats we have.  We have 9 cats, and one 6 month old kitten.  It is quite a brood, but we have a few senior kitty's, so we know the cat count wont stay this high forever.

I'm gonna be trippin tomorrow, and I can't wait to play with Nala, the kitten.  She loves to give kisses, and always tickles my face with her whiskers.  That will be a cool feeling while trippin.

Actually, all our cats are very loving, and I can't wait to play with them all tomorrow too.

She's gorgeous! And a little fat like you said, but it seems more proportionate than anything. She has that "Fat Cat" look about her, anyway.

Is she fixed? Cats (any animal, really) tend to gain weight after sterilization, because they no longer have the drives/instincts. Think of it as the equivalent of "Letting Yourself Go" after marriage. Once the sex is gone, what else is there to enjoy but food? :P

Anyway, she's definitely a charmer!

Nice cat. One of mine acts a lot like a dog too. People have said that about him.
When anyone at all (even someone new) comes over, my cat is all over them. He jumps up and greets people at the doors and basically is all over them for attention. He is too trusting at times..

cats are great creatures. i have 4. i wouldent really call any of them domesticated. not only do they all come and go but they have alot of nature to explore and hunt. they only come home for food and love.
one of my girl cats we fouind out was going over to anouther familys house and getting fed every night while we fed it every day
i find comunication with cats very easy. cus i have been around them since i was a little kid. all cats seem to really like me and or remember me. :cat:
yay cats
