The Practical Guide to Inner Landscape Design
    #6209143 -

Look around you and see whether you have a few solitary moments to spare. I would like to guide you into your own personal neurospace. If you are ready then read on.

The very first step towards this goal is to STOP,

just stop what you are doing and notice your surroundings. it's really really simple, trust me.

now relax.

Keyword is now. This whole experiment is now. You are here now. All that is here is now. Notice now, Relax now, Be in the now.

:ooo: and take a deeeeeep breath..

Now it may occur that you are feeling little bubbles of desire rise to the surface of your mind. an urge to do this, a need to do that, a good idea to do thot.
It is easy to follow these emerging bubbles and let them carry you away. As a matter of experience, you may have very little control over your thoughts and feelings or they may appear as if they have control over you. Either way you choose to look at it, the solution is simple, there is no solution.

Sparkling desires and doings, thoughts, feelings, inner-voices, critics, cloudy revelations, self reflections, world projections, they're all there to bug you. it's just what they do. you will ALWAYS notice them.

However you don't have to always act on them. You are the observer, the perceiver, not the interpreter. Desires interpret you, not the other way around. You are the eye of god watching a beautiful movie of life and death. right now.

How does one work with this?

I often find in spiritual teachings that this question remains unaddressed to the inquirer. Many times the right brain hemisphere will be targeted, just as we have done above, which is extremely useful in being centered and in the moment, however in my opinion it leaves the student with little to no practical use in today's world. Such matters need left brain attention.

Hence I brought up the concept of a Neurospace.

It's a piece of linguistic data which we can work with, incorporate into the virtual mindscape of our consciousness, and build a program on, a metaprogram to be more precise. This program is not made to control you. The reality is that you create this program with intent, knowledge, and conscious decision. That is the difference between mere conditioning and free-will. Here is where your rational, calculating, and sharp intellect of the left brain hemisphere comes into play to compliment your already centered right brain. This is total integration, total involvement, and total transformation of yourself. :mushroom2:

eXcited?

Sure, however you may feel. Notice any bubble you wish. They're there in abundance to serve you. You are now the master of your thoughts and desires.

Whether its a spark of spontaneous revelation , a nagging biological program, or a linguistic program of culture running on automatic, notice it and allow it to move around in your head. Neither let it disappear nor follow it. Just let it be. Let it grow organically, no need for force. Allow the program to feel at peace inside your NEUROSPACE. Tame it.

Three things.

First. Metaprogramming involves lots of play. The tools available to you inside your mind are only limited to imagination. In neurospace, the possibilities to create, build, construct, establish, deconstruct, repair, set to random, time, transmutate, connect, link, and breed are virtually endless. A strict code of conduct and method will only prove to be self-limiting in the pursuit of a vision.

Second. Plant a reminder to call yourself back into the present moment whenever you feel it appropriate or to be a necessary step. Working with desire does tend to decentralize your presence in the now. The key is the have both of your brain hemispheres working harmoniously, in sync, and in concert. Pull yourself back at times, steady the stallion. There is no rush to complete anything, a tree does not grow in a day.

Third. Metaprogramming is an ongoing process, as the nature of the verb implies. A metaprogram as itself does not really exist. A program is a program. The metaprogram is in actuality an act of linking program with program, consciously, and with an open mind's eye. Here ritual can become a helpful asset in sustaining this process. Like above, they're planted reminders, but set into external reality, as a symbol, an object, a trigger, a time of the day, to in a way check back in with the project, to see how you have come so far, to rediscover what it is you are truly setting out for again.

Rituals vary widely across human culture.

Fitness, diet, a journal entry, a post on the Shroomery, a conversation with a friend, yoga, a walk in the park, magick, prayer, divination, art, music, dance, psychedelics, raking leaves, stargazing, sex, trance, daydreaming, study, and so on. Preference has all to do with this.

Every person is woven differently, yet we are all the same fabric, and so everything we weave, is woven with the same fabric, thus all conscious creation can be touched, felt, learned, explored, and utlized. That's the beauty of it. You are free to do anything.

We live in a world where science and spirituality are viewed as seperate from each other. It is my view that an immensity of our problems here on timeship Earth trace back all the way to this seperation.

Science, Left, West, Mechanical, Linguistic, the Yang, is here.

Spirituality, Right, East, Spontaneous, Organic, The Yin, is there.

But put together they are one. Just like you and me. We are Tao.

I believe that a conscious co-creation of these complimenting opposites present in our world can be implemented into our daily choosings. All it requires is a little deprogramming of imposed conditioning and an infinitely expandable open heart to intuition, self-trust, and divine touch.

Give it a try.

I will not fear my passions like a coward.
My body I will give to pleasures,
to diversions that I’ve dreamed of,
to the most daring erotic desires,
to the lustful impulses of my blood, without
any fear at all, for whenever I will—
and I will have the will, strengthened
as I’ll be with contemplation and study—
at the crucial moments I’ll recover
my spirit as was before: ascetic.”

Forth. Programs will sometimes sneak up into your field of vision. They could be programs which you have harbored for some time within your subconsciousness, or they could be programs which you had awareness of all along. The bottomline to this point is, if you are  suddenly confronted by a program, a personal issue or problem for example, that presents itself to you as an obstacle to your advancement, take a step back and center yourself. Wipe your mind clear of all thought bubbles, ideas, and concerns including the perceived program in question. Start with a blank white slate and then slowly, with conscious attention, bring the image of your obstacle back into awareness. Make sure it is link-less and stand-alone. No associations, just the image itself as it is, without clear-cut definitions and strings.

Begin to tame it, again, let it roam freely within your mindspace, give it some freedom to express itself to you, communicate with it and inquire it selflessly. Knowledge (or more exactly Understanding) is Power. When you can see through the masks of your programs, its agenda, its meaning and role in your life, then you have successfully tamed it. The program is no longer your master and you are no longer the program's slave. Now you can metaprogram it any way you want. <(plant a ritual, mental checkpoint, symbol in space/time, etc.)

Throughout your exploration of Neurospace you will always encounter programs. Ironically, the concept of Neurospace itself is a creation of your mind and thus another piece of software.

And this is how we arrive to another very important note on mind programming:

Realize the dangers of habit and overuse. Words can be emptied of meaning through overuse and the ego develops habitual patterns of thought and behavior in response to conditioning. The problem with the latter is that over time, this conditioning creates a probabilistic bias in favor of past patterns of response.

Therefore, lose the concept of Neurospace. That's not to say dispose of it now. If the word still works for you now, then by all means continue to use it to develop your interface. However always try to override the old with the new. Create, invent, design, and imagine. Always inspire yourself to continue to transcend linguistic limitations. Language is not static, but very dynamic and constantly evolving towards novelty. Fundamentalism can prove to be disastrous when one uses outdated language to change the present world. We especially see this in our geo-political tug-o-war, but it sometimes also has the chance of occurring within our own minds. So beware, proceed with caution, use language responsibly. :mushroom2:

Fifth: An eye to spontaneity. lEt iT fLow, like water, like tears, like the dance of life reflecting itself in its own light. Conscious awareness of your potential and limitless possibilities is not only applicable on a personal level or the individual sphere, but also on a cosmic scale or the galactic sphere. Harmonic resonance of being is key.

This is the next lesson.

Inner emotional crossings, psychological self improvements, these can all be resolved with "going beyond the program." However landscaping projects will after routine become programmed to function in a feedback loop, only to be transcended again. Suddenly the revelations of synchronicity diminish and fade away like a dream vaguely remembered after awakening to an alarm clock in the morning. Where did the purpose go? The movement, the cause, the mission, the direction?

Metaprogram a bridge to cross when arriving here, remember to start walking again when all has stopped, move on with the understanding that you will always see more around the next corner, whatever it may be. Be creative in all makings, look to the stars for inspiration, build your vision, and acknowledge it when the towers fall upon their own construction, purify the remains, the memories and attachments, discharge emotion, and relieve one self of all burden and functions, then,

target once again, with the right hemisphere, envision the infinity of possibilities, and choose what you would like to help make happen. let yourself be your own guide in what you dream of, then flow with it, pacify the continuity and establish with your left brain intellect the practical, tangible form of your creation, bring it down to earth from the sun, and start building your towers.

this is how to break the feedback loop of the habitual mind.

the mind thinks linear, but nature is cyclic. this is very valuable to know.

enjoy the full moon everyone!

For this journey i would like to ask you to please release your conceived notion of The Untouchable God from which all is created and destroyed, and come with me for a moment to establish a new common ground for something more practical, something we can explore experientially with the guidance of our own intelligence and divinity.

Let's talk about god [lower case], god as you, the programmer.

Because this is what this temporary autonomous post is really all about, you, directing y/our own realities, configuring psycho-spiritual space to suit y/our unique visions, bringing y/our dreams down to earth from the sky, all with the purpose to realize the programmer within every one of us, and to again realize that each programmer has a metaprogrammer, who is also programmed by another programmer, all of which is cosmic consciousness, which [who knows] might also be nothing but a program.

What i am saying is, you are a god. You are also The God, but so is everyone else. What makes you special is that you are your own god, and no other god can ever be you.

How often do we remember who we are, and i mean truly realize the essence of our very being-here-now? It's not easy with institutions and media constantly telling us that "you've got to work within the system."

god as a program is not acceptable in this system and is flushed out of the mainstream in a knee-jerk fashion.

Understandable, not all intelligent life is packed and prepared to exteriorize their soul, and this includes us. With everyone on our planet self-realized there would be no more presidents. There would be no need for one. Everyone would be their own president.

Realizing is the first step, once taken, chaos opens up the gateways to infinity, possibilities which present themselves as gods, with each god resembling doors to more gods, in a sort of fractal existence, which exists in non-existence, contains both the yin and yang, which are both are in relationship, bonded by all.

The next step is to move. Okay you say, now i am self-realized, enlightened, or whatever, but wait now i am not anymore.

No worries,

just go with it, one time you realize that you are not anymore enlightened, another time you realize that you have always been.

try fLoWiNg with awareness, and if you hit a bump, then become the bump, if you get stuck, become the stuck, and when you feel great, become the great!

If you feel like a god, then become a god.

This is the cosmic giggle that permeates all riddles of life/death.

Give it a lol

The next step is up to you..   :mushroom2:

Magic, magick, however you choose to spell it, there is still great confusion and ignorance amongst great cultures about what magic really is; and it's funny because, if someone was shown the true nature of magic, he or she would be shocked, not because it is something spectacular or out of this world, but because of the simplicity of it and how common it is for all of us to practice magic in our every day lives.

We may do it unknownignly, however we still alter our realities, with vision, with will and intent, and with action.

This process is the fundamental workings of magic.

Step one, see, imagine, envision, dream, swim with the ideas of the universe.

Step two, take your pick, aim for an idea, make it a goal, direct yourself towards that vision,

and finally, move yourself in that direction, take the first step and walk the rest, grow towards your goal,

and when you arrive there, i assure you it will be a magical moment, because you created the journey, you paved the path, you programmed your own reality.

Today i am not going to talk about techniques, but the basics of inventing your own ways.

Techinques are really nothing but instruction manuals, you follow the directions, and get your result. That can be really convienient, that's the upside, the downside is, techniques don't work for everybody.

It becomes obvious, when during a psychedelic trip for instance, that every person has their own way of navigating the experience. i see this in the psychedelic forum a lot, when someone posts a question about what to do after dosing LSD: what music should i listen to? what's a better time to trip, day or night? which by the way is why i think that particular forum is often heavily viewed and posted.

But the simple answer is, one person may enjoy the daytime, another may prefer the nighttime, one may need the harmonics of sound, whereas the other wishes to just be at peace with the silence of all existence.

It's about preference and technique. What way will lead me to a beneficial experience? Where do i sow the seeds to reap the most fruits? it is all up to you.

To become adept at the magical process, to figure out what magical techniques are made for you, is to either adopt an already existing path, or draw your own and try it out yourself.

Personally, i prefer the latter for i believe it provides more novelty and ingenuity. However sometimes when i feel stuck under the weight of the world, i won't avoid following a guide; in fact when one feels lost it is recommended to seek out a helping guide.

Life is a river of endless fractal adventure, every wave in the water is one little vortex that one can jump into, where on the other side, in the very same moment and place, one is provided once again with the possibilities of eternity. This is your gateway to exploring the first step.

Out of infinity what one possibility do you want to choose? This is extremely easy to do because you can theoretically pick anything of everything. It is also extremely difficult to do because some possibilities are less likely to manifest than others, and it appears to now become a great search to find that perfect vision, the ultimate goal that will fit like the last missing jigsaw piece in your grand puzzle of personal reality.

It does not have to be this complicated, and it is totally unnecessary at that, because the perfect vision does not exist. For every perfect goal there will always be a more perfect goal to top the last ad infinitum.

So just take it easy, look for the imperfect, and all of the sudden all your grand ideas might just turn into nice things that are workable, implementable, and realistic. then they just might fit.

Step two is vital, it is the key to igniting the process. an idea alone won't manifest itself in the physical or mental realm, it needs that spark of fire, that little push, that motivation; in other words an idea must have an intention.

This is where few attempts fail, because intention requires someone to take the vision seriously.

You want to go to Paris? good idea, but first you must really want to go. you must want to go with the heart. we all have a multitude of desires and wants, but there are only few which we would actually pursue.

Will and motivation is the drive. remember, the engine needs to be started.

Step three is action,

and this is where many attempts fail, because when you want to go to Paris, you must not only have it as your goal, but you are also required to take the trip.

If you don't call the travel agency to book your ticket, and rather choose to lay in bed, you will never arrive at your destination; a phone call is what is needed, the actual carrying out of the plan.

And the journey must be travelled with the intent of reaching your goal. If you suddenly get distracted, you might start going off track, and may stray off, and eventually arrive somewhere you never intended to be.

But as proven many times by frequent fliers, when these three steps are taken, and you dedicate yourself fully to them, and in a sense become the journey, flow with it, like the river does, you will find yourself in Paris,

and you may look back at the road behind you and say, did i just do this?

Sometimes it's a surprise, but this is how magic happens.

Abrakadabra. :mushroom2:

Happy full moon once again.

a half an hour is good, an hour is good, even ten minutes is good.

this calmness you describe is what happens when the mind drops to the ground like a feather. there is no resistance, no effort, just the simple acceptance of gravity.

whether this sense of relaxation is the beginning or the end is irrelavant, because beginnings are always the end of the past and ends are always the beginning of the future.

unify these strings and what reveals itself is the eternal ever-present moment, your own unique experience of the now. here is your platform of operation. now is always the right time.

taming becomes child's play once you realize this because now every moment is an opportunity to turn your entire world around.

the moment will always be available and so it all just simply becomes a matter of choice.

to become aware or unaware is now in your control,

always has been.

Being a god is the same as being a self-realized robot.

Starting from the ground up, the physical level, one sees the body for what it is, a biological machine, a beautiful one at that.

You see, the body has an intelligence of its own, billions of individual cells working in concert, it is not some purely mechanical mode of operation, but a very sophisticated design of synchronic self-organization.

The body is ego and the robot is the body. This is basic. :mushroom2:

As long as the need for survival exists, so will the ego exist. This is only natural for life thrives on physical nourishment and organic reproductive strategy. Ego's vital task is to ensure bodily existence and experience, to sustain life and biological immortality through DNA.

The ego is to be loved, to be nurtured and accepted for what it is.

Love the body.

Take care of it, feed it, water it, shelter it, but also train it.

Tame the robot, and learn to bypass factory settings and other reactionary programs.

Metaprogram response.

Program your body the way you want, weed out whatever doesn't work for you and integrate what is useful and efficient.

Discriminate between desires and needs.

Needs are beautiful for they provide the well-being for your robot.

Desires are loops of overemphasized needs, which over time can diminish your body's health. Keep a look out for your desires, and if you choose to follow a desire (nothing essentially wrong with wanting in itself) try not to let it out of sight or it might just run on automatic.

Developing your ego means mastering the ground below your feet.

It is the solid foundation for building your castles in the skies.

transformation can easily be intellectualized, because 'transformation' when only conceived in the mind, is merely a word, nothing more.

real transformation, however, is transforming, it is not an idea or a concept, but has the "formality of actually occurring."

real transformation happens, along with many other happenings, just to name a few, walking, listening, talking, sleeping, doing, and the list goes on.

the noun, in this case, transformation, assumes a solid state, a thing, a point, a definition that applies to the limits of which the word is conceived.

transforming on the other hand, the verb, the verbing, the happening, unfolds for the sake of its own process.

change as well, does not really exist; it is changing that is real.

so it is easy to throw around ideas and symbols, but without a metaphor, without the processing, the emerging actualization of existing, there can be no direct manifestation of heaven on earth.

otherwise the visions will remain floating about in the sky without the essential occurring which is what brings them down to earth, where they can become practical and be usefully applied to living.

this is the first thing to understand, for without this, dreams remain dreams, talk remains talk, theory remains theory, but none of it can truly be realized or put into action. :shineon:

throughout this thread so far, which over time seems to have turned into a kind of public journal of mine, i have emphasized much on the individual's capability of consciously transforming one's own experience of reality, and will continue to do so, after all, we do tend to drift off into sleep more than often.

the reasons for our apparent drowsiness are too many to count, and doing so might only make us more tired.

a fellow member of this forum once taught to me that even though there is so much ill in this world, so much bad that has the potential to affect our body and spirit..

to direct consciousness onto these negative energies, only gives them more power over us.

see, in order to inspire wakefulness, a different shift of focus is required, one that empowers and gives energy to ourselves and the possibilities provided to us rather than one that drains our life force.

if we want to change the world, we must first change our own. this is basic. :lecture:

realistically we can only do so much within the limits of our biology and linguistic ability, but if you discover and apply ways to better the quality of your own life, you will have created in the process, a solid foundation for improving the quality of life for those in your immediate environment, both human and non-human. :mushroom2:

much like smiles are contagious, or like a person's sense of calmness or security instantly radiates out towards others and instills them with that aura, so does self-empowerment spread out through the web of life affecting all local cross-sections of consciousness.

the first step to this is contained in the post above, love your body and take care of it.

master your physical, emotional, conceptual, and social circuits, and tame your ego, claim your robot-hood.

i hereby highly recommend a book called  Angel Tech: A Modern Shaman's Guide to Reality Selection by Antero Alli, which dives into the how-tos of ego-management and karma-mechanics as well as post-ego development referred to as somatic, psychic, mystic, and cosmic intelligence respectfully. anyone familiar with timothy leary's and robert anton wilson's eight circuit model of the brain will absolutely love the information provided in this book.

back to the topic at hand, are you beginning to see the picture again? it is really nothing new that i am saying, and deep down you know all this, only a little remembering of who you are and what you can be is required.

a good way to help jump-start your memory is through daily experiments. once a day, try something out of the ordinary. do something out of routine, place yourself into a time/space position that is unaccustomed to your familiar point of view of reality.

for instance, something i did earlier today, meditate in a shopping mall.

simply walk around, locate a spot of your choosing, sit down, and be.

that's all, it is very simple, it only requires some conscious direction on your part, and for some, like me, a little bit of courage, but it's totally do-able, and trust me the result is phenomenal. :levitate:

i stepped out of that mall walking at a slower pace than an old woman with a cane, like walking on air, i felt lighter as never before.

an even better way is to invent your own experiments. the bottom line is do what works for you.

you're just as unique as i am, you're just as divine as i am and everybody else. walk your path and listen to your own heart. that is what truly matters.

transform your life by TRANSFORMING it.

as nike suggests, just do it.

that's all for now.

same with right now.
you're always here and now.

that's the beauty of it.

this is relationship.

without a me there would be no you to see.

every wavicle of light is supporting the photonic existence of the entire structure and all wavicles it by any sort of definition contains.

it's interconnected, all linked up, integral in all aspects of being.  :mushroom2:

:levitate:

this can be realized all the time.

whenever and wherever you need it to be centered.

this is the first tool, the most basic.

we can learn to use it, but that requires free will, which can be sustained with practice and

well,

just being centered.

as you can see it's a very easy tool to use.

you can even draw a button in your mind which you can press at will.

everytime you press it,

click,

you're centered.

The first technique shared above was centering and had all to do with being one, being at the core, being in the middle, allowing the multiverses to revolve all around your source, your point of origin, your God.

It's essential.

Just imagine yourself without a center.. you would be all over the place, smudged across the holon of existence, unclear, undefined, unrefined. You would end up being totally confused, misdirected, and lost, if there would even be a self to be lost.

Therefore you always have a center which you can access at any time and any where.

Practical applications are: being in the moment, heightened perceptions, heightened senses, heightened environmental as well as inner awareness, being in touch with direct experience, reminding yourself of yourself, being more responsive to emotions and external circumstances, the list goes on..

:earth: Metaprogram the One as a tool for centering. :shineon:

Stress is the natural result of not being at your core. Just look at western culture, who wants to be part of that, all that hurry, all that tension, all that mess?

Be a counter-culture, be conscious of the center, not only in you, but in every body, every thing, every idea.

At the center lies truth, and the center is unspeakable, indescribable, undefinable,

it can be referred to, but ultimately it can only be. :mushroom2:

...

One can only be One.

That is the rule of One.

The sun rises and the sun sets.
The moon turns full and the moon turns empty.

The ocean flows and the ocean ebbs.
The trees bloom and the trees wither.

A being lives and a being dies.

This is the law of two. Allow me to show you.

Look at your body.

You have two arms, two legs, two eyes, two ears, two hands, and two feet.

Your brain has a left and a right.
Your lungs have a left and a right.

If you are a male, you have two testicles.
If you are a female, you have two ovaries.

You are two.
Yet you are one.

You are one because you have one heart: one center, one awareness, one self.

We've extensively covered applications for centering.
So now what is practical about two?

Change.

The underlying difference between one and two is that one always stays the same, always.

But the two changes, it is never the same.
It is in constant motion, it cycles.

This is very useful because it allows for distinction and relationship.

And it provides a platform for unity.

When a man and a woman meet. They are two, but when in fusion, they become one.

The same goes for the left and right.
They are two, but when put together, they form one body.

Perhaps more thoughts on this later.

End of transmission.

It is what you make It

"with you thoughts, you create the world"

What you feel, what you percieve is the world
