humm, yes the share cartistics of the cortinarius cinnamomeus, but the gills were yellow early not orange, and all were growing from a log, not common of the cortinarius cinnamomeus. the ring on the mushrooms in question was rusty, this is common with, cortinarius cinnamomeus, do gyms have a rusty ring? i saw some rings on the mushrooms in question yellow, but most were rusty....

i really have no clue, i will keep on searching for info, thanks more than appreciated,

well, looks like to be the galerina, more than anything::

"Many of the deadly Galerina mushrooms and Conocybe filaris
can mimic and macroscopically resemble species of Psilocybe
such as P. cyanescens and P. stuntzii. Examples are posted below.
Also some Mycena's may resemble the liberty cap (P. semilanceata),
except they have white gills instead of the liberty caps
chocolate-brown gills spore deposit" http://mushroomjohn.com/lookalikes1.htm

maybe these are a psilocybin mimicking mushroom, ?

Galerina autumnalis

?maybe these are Galerina mimicking gyms?

well i tossed them out yesterday, and thank you coon for the knowledge, i have some closure now.
