Good stuff.

A little overhyped (change your life with this book!) in the first few pages, but it's not bad material.

i couldn't get into it. It was written more from a perspective of "if I were an actual psychologist... this is what I might think about..."

outdated pseudo-science imo

stuff along the same lines that I can get into is mostly NLP stuff (search amazon) and Four Agreements by don Miguel Ruiz

great book from the 50's. i think people were smarter back then before computers and technology.
