Don't use Citbank credit cards
    #6078799 -

Citibank credit cards has outsourced customer service to either india or pakistan.  This was confirmed to me by a person in their corporate office, but I kinda figured it out when I kept getting people with american names that couldnt't speak engrish

There are still plenty of credit cards using customer service here in the US so support them....chase and discover to name a few.  Yes, I know credit cards are evil, but if you are going to use one use one that keeps the jobs here and employs people in customer service that can actually provide it well.

Feel free to pass this along to friends and family.

Or you could switch to Citibank in order to send a message that labor laws and enforced minimum wages really does lead to a reduction in employment.

I'd also recommend dumping shares in other banks who haven't learned how to effectively save money through outsourcing.
