Sorry no posts for the last two days. I got busted by a copter scanning fields. nowhere to run nowhere to hide. no charges for the shrooms just trespassing. no big deal just a big hastle.

I had to sit in holding for 14hrs but the judge let me go and questioned weather the entire thing was a waste of his time. I went back today and the stash was right where the cop told me to drop it so yup i got about 17 realy nice caps. the good news is that they are well on their way to drying from sitting in a plastic bag over night. the only bad news realy is that i had to use a roll of tp for a pillow to sleep in holding, OUCH. one good tip for getting caught is to tell the police you had no idea what kind of mushrooms they were you just wanted to use them for dinner lol.

I think saying you don't know what they are is agreat excuse because A LOT OF PEOPLE don't know what any types of mushrooms are! And a lot of people still believe the myth that if its bright and colorful its deadly.

the regulations here in fl clearly state that fresh picked non dried shrooms must be disposed of but they can not charge you for a scheduled offense yet if you answer questions about shrooms being used in the production of LSD (and they try) you can be charged. so your best bet is to play completely dumb and do not say a word. up until now i never even knew ppl used shrooms to make lsd. do they? the police seem to think so.

I have no idea. I know I'm not afraid of police. They'd probably tell me to just be responsible and careful when consuming my mushrooms. I did get a lot of heads turning today when I went picking. (see the thread I just made)

The Ergot alkaloids used to create LSD can be found in the fungus Claviceps purpurea and other species in this genus, these alkaloids can be very dangerous and shouldn't be messed with!

I'd be damn impressed if I met a chemist who could turn Psilocin into LSD, they're so different. Its like suggesting you could make mescaline from paracetamol! Damn, that'd be good...

You are misinformed... You can be charged with having fresh psilocybin cubensis in Florida

motaman is right, tho the law changes from county to county and judge to judge. They can basically do whatever they want.

I have heard of people in Florida being charged for possession of Psilocybin, i.e. being caught with a bag of shrooms that were picked in a field. So it does happen.

The law Fiske vs. the state of Florida 1978 has been basically ignored by some judges in the state of Florida. The law states that you won't be charged if you unknowingly picking Psilocybian mushrooms. You basically have to act like you were just picking edible mushrooms. And still that will not always save you, because the coppers and judges can do basically anything they want.

Furthermore, I do not recommend to anyone to go trespassing to get shrooms. Because coppers are out there looking for you. The shrooms are not worth it.

Yup yup!

lysergic acid is a derivative of ergot alkaloids produced by C. purpurea, which is a parasitic infestation of Rye. The disease caused by ergot poisoning from bread prepared with C. purpurea infected rye is known as St. Anthony's Fire, which has been attributed to a number of symptoms including hallucinations, and dangerous constriction of the blood vessels that has lead to gangrene, misscarriage, and sometimes death.

Not anything I dare mess around with.... Not to mention the fact that Claviceps purpurea looks NOTHING like Psilocybin containing mushrooms.

a crystalline solid, C16H16N2O2, obtained from ergot or synthesized: used in the synthesis of LSD.

LSD stands for Lysergic Acid Diethylamide. Which is synthesized from Lysergic Acid, as stated above.

Ergot alkaloids are produced from the fungus Claviceps purpurea, which is a parasitic growth of Rye.

No relation to psilocin nor psilocybin, or the mushrooms which produce it.

one time i was going hunting, and there was a copter patrolling the area. i walked around untill the fucker left then I went and picked some cubes. sorry about your luck man hope this doesn't happen again.

the explaination that i got was that they were looking for someone who robbed an apartment near by. instead they found me and my buddy. the copter did not land it just hovered overhead until squad cars showed up. way to many police for two shroomers. there was about 6 cars. they lit me up with a bright light and nomatter where i tried to go they keeped the light on me so i just walked to the road and waited. no sense in running if im gonna claim incompetince. im gonna go back out tomorrow to a small town that only has a pop of 700 ppl and a cattle pop of about 6000. suposedly the shroom capital of the south. as called by high times.
