HELLO ALL IS INDEPENDENCE DAY HERE IN MEXICO I LIKE TO CELEBRATE GIVING THIS PEACE OF INFORMATION
13 SPECIES OF PSILOCYBE ARE REPORTED FROM JALISCO OF THE MORE THAN 60 KNOWN FROM MEXICO. THE EARLIEST BIBLIOGRAPHIC REPORT DATES FROM 1973 BELONGING TO DIFERENT SECCION
Coprophilae(p. coprophila)
Cordisporae(p. caerulescens, p. cordispora, p. villarrealiae,p. laurae)
cubensae(p. cubensis, p. subcubensis)
merdariae(p. pegleriana)
Mexicanae(p.galindoi, p. jaliscana, p. mexicana)
pratensae(p. inquilina)
Zapotecorum(p. zapotecorum)
the species that belongs to the seccion cordisporae, cubensae, mexicanae, zapotecorum have neurotropic caracteristics

Excellent, very helpful scans.

I have isolated a culture of the P. laurae from the dried gill tissue. I am still working on the villarealiae but so far it isn't cooperating.

is a new year i fell like , bring back this threat and celebrate with you all study about psilocybe i´m taking care.
i wil beging with my find :
9 of july 2004 this was the year when i found Psilocybe villarealli




this is the same mushrroms a few days old


that same year in another location i found villarrealli in the en of the seasom only 1 specimen 18 de september 2004
then next year 8 of july i found more villarealli
this is are picture from that location



in 2005 i was able to fruit then in my house almost by accident it remaind the next year and disapear

the 8 of july 2006 i found what i suppose was ps. laurae , but maybe now study are being made that if posibly ps. angustipleurocystidiata. but i have benn found it ever since in the same location . workman could you help posting your work in the mexican mushrroms . thanks

in that year i also found ps. villarreallii in a loger mille or sawdust mille well here

i was forgeting the ps. mexicana you see why is jalisco strains so special in that year i guees was when i send samples and workman can isolate



this year the story is the same with all the last find , the usual spot of villareally where fruting as,the laurae,the mexicanas,panneolus, cubensis, and the day 2 of august of 2007 i found what i think is ps. zapotecorum this mushrooms are in study so new of then well come soon

this is a nice picture this is algae in a zapotecorum not bruising


then the 20 of august 2007 by the cordial kindness of airdog i was able to see his mushrroms also find some new species in there that are in study .

Yeah I know about the mushrooms being used in Aztec culture, but if the Aztec gods live in those mushrooms... why not weilii? They look just like them :wink:

gumby all mushrroms have a long  hystory , i bet in usa  many specie were use by indias is just they kill then  mostly all, and they don´t like to tell  their secret so easy .weilli is a wonderfull specie that was dyscover  so recent don´t  mean it dont exit before , also share many caracteristic with all the caurulences variatys , the villarreallii and the  ones from airdog maybe caerulescens, even ps. semilanceata  was  use long ago  by druids, celtas, . also amanita muscaria, but it most know the studys of wasson and guzman from mexico . besides when people begiing to use musshrooms  with a pourpose like the indias do here , more profound ideas and tecnology emergege from the magic  world and many more  things also.that  what  miis in your species  the new chamans take place  and he use  this tool of mind change to  expand the peace , knoleghe and energy, with all this in mind is see no danger in our culture, when we begging to learn nor  only enjoy this tools .

wonderful thread cactu. I particularly enjoy your threads which are not entirely limited to Psilocybe, not that i don't love the Psilocybe... they fruit atop one of my book cases from time to time, however the midwestern portion of the united states has very few indigenous species, most of which are little coprophilic things. Not active but they are pretty cool nonetheless. Your species on the other hand fall squarely within the realm of magic.
