HELP!!! Green Mold on casings

Whats goin on folks? I got 6 casings right now, they are flushing for their first time right now. I keep getting green mold...I dont know what to do. Yesterday I cut about the size of a quarter amount of casing layer off of the 3 of the casings. It looks like 4-5 out of 6 casings are gonna be fucked. God damnit....

Well,

Either you didn't make a sterile casing layer.
Or you are using too much water.
Or you got some contams when making up the casing.
Only you can figgure that out.

Sorry...I hope you get some mushrooms before the green comes back.
It usually does....maybe you nipped it in the butt.....hope so!
