Auto-Lock "Nazi" Threads

Implement a feature that automatically locks any thread containing the word "Nazi".

Too much of a powder keg.

I was hoping to make it sort of a back door to get PLUReque threads locked.  Too much loving going on, someone can drop "Nazi" in the thread and it locks.

Everyone else can keep the genuine article going by using symbols or codewords :strokebeard:

regardless of how offensive anything nazi is, i think that would be rather harsh for a site like this.
