Oven roasting bags

I was checking out some of the archieves on this site and I saw one using the bags that you can cook turkeys and shit in the oven with. Has anyone tried it? I was wanting to try it but wanted some input into potential success.

Yeah, I've cooked a turkey in one of those bags :wink:

They work pretty well for pc'ing stuff too.

there are twoo types of oven bags
1 kind of a soft plastic these one dont work they dry out or get contam
im trying the othere hardish plastic so far no dhidration no contam no growth probly bad spores
