Oven Tek or Plastic Bag Tek sterile enough?

I am curious whether or not I can use a plastic bag sprayed with lysol as a makeshift glovebox for my G2G transfer. I also want to know if doing it on an oven rack will be sterile enough too. I will be taking all other precautions for sterility.

Who has had experience doing any of these for sterile enviroments?
