Napster?

I recently looked up what has become of Napster and I was surprised. They claim that for $10 a month you have access to two million songs. You can play and download as much as you want. They also say you can become a free trial member and listen to all songs but not more than three times the same song. This sounds too good to be true.
Does anyone have experience with the new Napster?
The service is only available to US btw.

it's funny... i advocate using the internet to get whatever information you can, for free! but with music and movies lets face it, it is stealing! if i ever have kids am i gonna teach them to DLed stuff for free and basically "steal" or am i gonna roll over and start paying for stuff? the question is, as i see it anyway... is napster anywhere close to the diversity on P2P networks? are two million songs have anything i actualy want or will one day napster and the likes be just as shitty as the stuff you get on the radio and MTV?
if i do roll over and start paying am i going to need to pay more money to actualy use these files? would i need an Itunes type program to run my Ipod? would i still have to work around programs to use these files as i see fit?
i wonder what the internet would look like in ten years time, would we be leaving short video messages insted of written replys on the shroomery?
/end rant

Duh I know how I can download everything I want. I was just thinking that I wouldn't mind paying $10 a month for all hte music I could imagine. Just so you can support the artist a bit. 2 million songs, that's more than Oink has. But I've searched Napster for a few small bands and couldn't find most of them, so I'm not sure if I believe this 2 million number.
koppie, thanks for the info, I guess I'll wait
Simisu, I doubt we would be leaving video messages for eachother. It's possible with current technology and pretty fast too. But it's unconvenient to have to listen to everyone and it interferes with privacy.
