San Pedro Sighting!
    #594173 -

We'll i was in the NOrth SHore mall today in MA, shopping fo a new pair of shoes, when something unlikely happened. GOing to J. Crew i looked at the display in the window, it was like this dessert spring motif, and there was a HUGE san pedro in the window....i mean it was such a san pedro it wasn't even funny. THree stalks in a huge pot, tallest prob six feet, then a four footer and a three footer. two of the stalks ahd obviosly been cut at one point, and grown back.

I asked a girl in the store about it, if they would sell it after the change the display, she said "no, its prob going somewhere else" in a weird kind way i thought "like where? your belly?"

There was a pot with three five inch diameter, 14 inch tall T. Peruvianus (unlabeled) at the "big ass hardware store" in Lake Havasu City Arizona for twenty dollars last week. "WAS" being the operative word. Heheh. I couldn't believe my eyes. I can only imagine how big the original plants were.

I love those MegaMartDepot finds. I just got a San Pedro with about 3.5' of total length from 4 stalks for under $15. Hooray!

Whoops. Am I not suppose to mention specific vendors in the forum? I'll go back and edit that.
