i live there...
its high altitude (7000 ft at the lowest) very beautiful scenery lots of cool hikes and nearby rivers than you can swim in snowboarding in the winter but the snow isnt always garenteed to be awesome, last year was crap but the year before that the snow was AWESOME... and the summers are great with the highest the temp gets to is 80-90...
durring the summer ill rock climb, hike different mountains, fishing, go down the the creek where we get drunk and swim (only about 45 minutes away) and occastionlly go down the phoenix (2 hour drive) and see some of my friends... etc etc anything regular thing a mountain area would have to do, you can also join paintball clubs during the summer...
winter theres a lot more girls around since school is back in session but it hasnt been that bad this summer ive found quite a few girls that like to party...
its basically just a small college town with local stores not many big chains up here except wallmart or something...
also theres a train than runs through the city and you can pretty much hear it from anywhere and sometimes it can get annoying at night but i have learned to like it actaully...

some nice houses are being built, but they are probably pretty expensive (in my standards, i pay 300 for an apartment)
depends on what kinda job your looking for... simple shit like working at a bar or mcdonalds or a local pizza joint is pretty easy to find...

heres a pic of pretty much the whole city of Flagstaff
the big white thing is the Sky Dome (where all the college basketball games are played) and the green fields next to it is where the Arizona Cardinals are at training camp right now... that area is NAU (Norther Arizona University)

Apparently the shroomery is from arizona (phoenix), unless just the server is based there or something. I got this sweet firefox extension called "Shazao" that shows me where websites are located.

Its very nice in Flagstaff, I stayed there, on a 2 week trip to the Grand Canyon, a few years back, there is even a ski slope outside of town on the way to the canyon. And Sedona, is a cool town.
