casing contaim questions

i am goin to case some koh samui rye grain with 50/50 mix (coco coir wont be here in time) 1. do i need to put it in my incubator after casing. 2 if so do i cover and what about air exchange. i have a large medical incubator so i can get exact temp , what the best. 3 what temp should my growing chamber be. 4 and also will fan my chamber am i just fanning contams into my casings. not really sure how careull to be with casings. will they contaim easy. this is my first casing try and first post. i did my best to explain what i am thinkin thats the hard part. tahnks for any help. sorry my spelling sucks too.

apply casing layer, cover with foil and poke holes in it. incubate at 84-86 for a few days or untill the mycelium has penatrated the casing layer. remove foil and place in fruiting chamber at 74-78 degrees. fanning is ok, you wont introduce contams, just be clean and carefull.
