when should put my casing into fruiting chamber???

There's a casing a found in a incubator and when looked at there are spots with mycellium poking through the vermiculite casing layer. After observing some more there are a few pins that have formed...

well my question is when should the casing be put into the fruting chamber? I saw many pics where the entire casing layer is covered by mycellium then put into the fruiting chamber... but my casing has about 10 pins on it so is it time for me to case yet?
