Sorry about the odor--It happens sometimes but not often, especially in the summer. If you let the bag sit unopened for 2-3 days at room temperature the smell will go away completely. If you already opened the bag go ahead and inoculate and the smell will go away as it colonizes. So if this happens to anyone else just follow these instructions and everything will be fine.

Its a dirty job and somebody has to do it, the community is very greatful for you...

hire a couple of mexicans, or whatever you got in TN, they will work hard for 50 bucks a whole day

I appreciate your opinion, but unless you do what I do you really don't have a clue . I wish I made a couple of hundred dollars a day from any of my markets. My business is a little over one year old so perhaps one day I can start to expand a little, but the market isn't quite there yet. I appreciate your kind words, but in the same breath you accuse me of lying and that's a little uncalled for.
