I have yet to receive me order from them. Its been 3 and a half weeks, yet no word from them, and they don't respond to my email inquiries.
If anyone has gotten their order recently from this vendor, please let us know. I have seen at least two other customers of sporechicks that have had the same problem as i in not receiving the goods, or even a courtesy email or response letting us know what the problem is.
Here's hoping that the sporechick staff reads this board every now and then and answers customers inquiries on order "status."

OK, this is for everyone...... I had this happen ALSO a long while back...... they do NOT answer their email through their webpage because it is FUCKED UP, they should have fixed this a long time ago because I brought it to their attention...
So anyway..... they are NOT jacking you people, they just have a fucked up email that doesn't work (the 'questions/comments') on the webpage..... send the email to:
info@sporechicks.com
and you WILL get a response..... and tell them to fix their shit, that people keep getting pissed about it.

Oh yeah, and tell them I want a free print for all the times i've had to PM people to help them to get through to sporechicks

They must have fixed the questions/comments form since it points to their correct email address

I ordered four syringes from SC last month. I received my order seven days after I sent my money. Quick enough for me.

Well, wish I was responding here under more pleasant circumstances, but here goes...
Thanks to Pavlov's Dog, our e-mail has been fixed for awhile. When you type in your e-mail address on the form, though, you have to be accurate or else our return mail goes wandering in cyberspace. As a safety and accuracy note, when you are going to send us mail from, say, your yahoo account, compose the letter there and not on your main mail account. If you write us and we receive it, we respond as quickly as we can. Always have. 100's of times a day. If you don't get a response within 24 hours, something happened. Write us again.
On to more important matters... late deliveries. Yes, there have been some, as there are in any endeavor. Many of these are due to the Post Office, some are due to fictional names supplied to us and some are due to our own fault. We all know about the screw-ups from our postal pals, and about how fake names or initials don't work so well. So, what about those Sporechicks? Are they f***-ups, or what?
We hate excuses, so all I can say is think of us as you will. We certainly are not perfect. But we do NOT blow off anyone for any reason. If you do request something from us, you will definitely get it. If it's lost in the mail or you're not satisfied, we even re-send it no matter who's fault it is.

I'm just writing to saw this is a mess up, and it does happen. I posted here only b/c I couldn't get hold of sporechicks (e-mail didn't work.) Normally they do deliver they content. i have cambodians from them which have colonized and I have already attempted making spore prints work. They are normally fast.
I'd give then a 8/10 rating, with 8/10 being the highest for any spore dealer.

note to McMan, can you please close this thread. I belief spore chicks have responded and there is no need for it to be opened. b/c some newbie might come by and thing they offer bad service which they don't. Just had some problems contacting them.
