I need a scale. I don't have time to order one. What places around town might carry them? I would prefer digital w/ 1/10 gram increments or better. (I forgot the prefix for 1/10, decigram?)

if you have the cash digi's are nice. why not just go get yourself a set of tube (slim jim) Scales.. they are popular, and cheap, about $20-25 will get you ya set.
1/10 = tenth, or to the point ;P

Yes, I understand that 1/10 means one tenth. Thank you 2nd grade math teacher for showing me the way to enlightenment. Now if only I could remember to type the longer tenth instead of 1/10. Nobody except cookiewhore and I understand fractions around here. 1/10 only confuses everyone else. Damn!!! I've been planing to go for the digital scale, but I don't know where to get one w/o ordering and waiting.

what do you mean you dont have time to order online? it only takes a few minutes. you will definatly get a better deal online. someone posted a link to a site with the cheapest scales ive seen, even name brands. tanita scales are the best, only 60 bucks at this site. otherwise you can go to your local smokeshop and pay up to 120 for the same scale. IMO those scales you have never heard of shouldnt be trusted! if you really dont wanna order online go to a smokshop and pay too much.

A 0.1gm scale is most likely all youll need.I recently bought the mx50 (0.01gm)from oldwillknot..I liked it..but I needed something a little more accurate.I found the Diagem (.002gm) on ebay for $120..The guy offers them dutch auction so the price is set at $120..I bought 3 and he gave me a discount at $100/a piece...
They got here today..about 4 days shipping..
I love them...If you check around the net this same scale retails for $250-$350...
So its a bargain..

I don't have time, because I'm dosing Saturday. I don't want to pay for overnight shipping. Would you like to cover it for me? Scales aren't made just for weighing drugs. Some people actually weigh other things; amazing isn't it? They have to sell them some place other than headshops. If I don't get one by friday, i will order one online. ANYBODY know what type of retail joints sell em?

i've seen digital scales at pawn shops(small and accurate- they rock!) for only $40, office depot, office max... i think that's about it.

home depot scales are shit..I think they carry the wonderbread brand..not accurate..

Thanks, BUDDY! I was explaining my reason for wanting to find a store. Suprisingly, I don't revolve around your post, and I wasn't trying to insult you. 'How you gonna' take offense to me explaining it. Watch out guys, I'm a devious trickster. Oh, and my comment suggesting that you, the reader, might want to pay for my shipping was a joke too. I'm sorry for being so cruel. I was beaten as a child. Oh, and I clicked the reply of whoever posted before this. Nothing personal. 
I'll check out office depot. I'll be weighing mushrooms.
